Delivery
Every box is wrapped by hand and posted from South Wales. Here's how and when it reaches you.
Dispatch
Orders are wrapped and dispatched within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a note from us the moment your box leaves the studio.
UK delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is our standard method — typically 2–3 working days from dispatch. A signature may be required.
Free shipping on orders over £50. Otherwise a flat £4.50 applies.
International
We post worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on destination.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Pre-orders
If a box is marked "Coming Soon", your place on the list is held and you'll be written to the moment it's ready to send.
