Damaged in transit

If your box arrives damaged, please write to us within 14 days with a photograph and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the original.

Changed your mind

Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The box must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the sender, except in the case of fault or damage.

The mystery book

Because the book inside is wrapped and part of the experience, we're unable to accept returns on the basis of title preference — that's rather the point of a blind date with a book.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.
