Orders

An order is accepted once we've confirmed dispatch. Until then, we reserve the right to decline or refund any order.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Mystery books

The title inside each box is part of the experience and is not disclosed before purchase. We're unable to offer refunds on the basis of title preference.

All imagery, copy and bookmark designs are the work of Effie & Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
